Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Master Hekleniel to learn of the diving bell.
Follow the road leading South until you cross over a river. A short way Southwest from the bridge (on the road) is the corpse of Hekleniel’s assistant. Pick up the cogwheel nearby and return to where Hekleniel was waiting.
Talk to Hekleniel’s son to learn what happened to his father, and for your reward.
