Hekleniel had invented a device that he says will allow any to traverse along any sea or lake floor without coming up for air. All he needs to complete and test his contraption is a cogwheel. His assistant left some time ago to get the cogwheel but has not returned. He asks you to go in search of his wayward assistant.
