The Carnach Cave is a vast and confusing mix of bridges, pathways and twists and turns sure to confuse the uninitiated traveler. You will find several dragons within it's depths, along with a Demon Boss. For those unfamiliar with the caves you should visit the Sacred 2 Map of Ancaria page to see a nice overview of it's layout.

Main Quest
- Carnach: Demon Boss in The Oldest of the Immortal in Chapter 5 of Main Quest
- Dragon Hunter: Involved in Fire, Brimstone and Dragon Scales in Chapter 5 of Main Quest
- Ordaurcil: Dragon Boss in Fire, Brimstone and Dragon Scales in Chapter 5 of Main Quest (Shadow Campaign)
- Xanthiar: Dragon Boss in Fire, Brimstone and Dragon Scales in Chapter 5 of Main Quest (Light Campaign)
Epic Office Quest
- Helga Parmiter: Involved in the Epic Office Quest.
Side Quests
- Loromir the Wise: Friendly Dragon involved in the same area as the Fire, Brimstone and Dragon Scalesmain quest, in the Shadow Warrior and Seraphim Class Quest.
Transportation
The Carnach Cave portal or Human Outpost portal are probably the best way to travel depending on what part of the cave you want to explore
Enemies
Wandering Stones, Shifting Stones, Leaders of the Dragon Cult and Dragon Cultists, and Young Dragons are most commonly encountered.
