Helga Parmiter is one of the Ascaron employees that have to be contacted in the Epic Office Quest. She can be found inside the Carnach Cave, at the Human Outpost, on the Dragon Sea Islands.

- Helga Parmiter can be located inside Carnach Cave on the Dragon Sea Islands.
- Helga Parmiter is in the Human Outpost This is in the part of the Carnach Cave system where you get the Dragon Scale amulet as part of the main quest. This cave also contains the Human Outpost portal.
