You'll meet Commander Erestor during The Brigand Camp chain quest. He was being held captive by some brigands. After defeating them and freeing him, he'll tell of some troubling conversations he overheard while being held. He ask you to investigate a cave near the eastern side of Sloeford and report back with what you discover.
