He's a member of the O.S.S....Umm the Orc Secret Service...what will these orcs think of next? As crazy as it sounds you both have the same objective - the elimination of the resurrection artifacts. He tells you [[Chieftain Gron'kar of the Blood Orcs - NPC|Chieftain Gron'kar of the Blood Orcs]] has the last artifact you need. Thus starts an unlikely alliance though it will not last. You meet James right after you kill Abbott Charolus and leave the vault. He's a member of the O.S.S....Umm the Orc Secret Service...what will these orcs think of next?
