Talk to Keltar. Detailed Walkthrough Talk to the Village Doctor to learn Retga's note accused his brother, Keltar. Leave the building where the village doctor is and head east. Just outside the Village Elder’s house Keltar, Retga’s brother and the one supposed to have murdered him, is standing. Talk to him and he will suggest you provide him with an alibi – for which he will pay you. You can now talk to him again for the next quest, Easy Money.
