Quick Walkthrough
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Ambul to learn that he needs some Rare Nameless Stone.
Head north from Ambul as far as the main road between Twainbrook and Thylysium (you can either follow the main road north or the track through that camp where you pick up The Hunter Camp chain quest). Head west over the Torreya Brook and turn southwest. The Rare Stone is up a hill to the south of Twainbrook, but is close enough to the cliff edge that you should be able to grab it without needing to run all the way around. Run as close to the cliff edge as you can and then use the Auto-Pickup (Q by default).
Once you have the stone return to Ambul for your reward.
You can then speak to him again for the second part of this chain.
