You meet Ambul at a small farm. he is concerned about a magic ritual that failed and now the mages' souls are haunting that area. He's sure he know a way to to complete the ritual and allow the mages' souls to be released from their torment. You collect the items he needs and escort him to the ruins. He starts the incantations...but something isn't right.......
