You start your way to the Pirate Bay, where you want to search one of the most wanted criminals in the region for an epic reward. You have walked for a day when you see in a cottage near the mountains; this would be a good place to rest at night, so you decide to ask the owner. You only find a woman in the cottage, Diola Timotan's Wife, who is absolutely terrified by the ghosts that surround their house. And they are Ghosts of the Arch Mage, the worst ghosts!

Kill four Arch Mage Ghosts!
Gah, these ghosts arc horrible! I don't dare set foot outside my house anymore! They're everywhere! And the Arch Mages are the worst of all! Can you help me? I ask that you kill four of these Arch Mage ghosts! Then the area around the cottage would at least be a little safer!
You are asked to kill those energy evil creatures in order to bring peace to this haunted place. The woman promises you can rest today in the cottage if you free them of this disgrace, so you start to search for some clues on where to find these ghosts. Diola Timotan's Wife tells you the last places where the ghosts were seen; one of them has been wandering around the monolith south from the cottage, another one south-east from the monolith, then a third one a bit far to the north; the last one is south from the monolith.

The one on the way to the monolith is quite near, so you start walking south. Soon you can see the ghost, so you put hands on arms and jump into the battle! The ghost is hard to kill, but finally perishes!!

The Second one might be found south-west from the monolith, so you take a small path near the monolith that leads you to that direction. After a short walk you can see another ghost not far away from the path! You rush towards the ghost and it only stands your sword for a while... that ghost is in his way to the underworld!!

North from here should be another one of them, so you follow the path again which leads you to the north, and you finally find the ghost very near to the forester's cottage, but down on the back cliff. Again, you fight like a true warrior and another ghost is defeated! Let's go for the last one...

You walk back to the monolith and follow the main path to the west. There's a way crossing not very far where you stop, and you decide to explore to the south. Soon you can see the last ghost not far from there! To the battle!

All of the four ghosts were defeated, so you walk back to the cottage to tell the good news to the woman. Diola Timotan's Wife is really pleased with your task here, and lets you have rest in the cottage. Moreover you are payed some gold in exchange for your courage fighting those ghosts, The Worst Ghosts!

Notes
- The place where you find the ghosts may vary, not much though. Anyway, mini-map shows always where to find the nearest quest target, so the player should not have any problem to find all four of the ghosts.
- The second chapter of A New Hope chain-quest develops very near to this quest, so it's generally a good idea to do them together in the same trip. See A New Hope (full chain-quest) and A Bag of Peas (2nd chapter) for more details.
