After a strange yound lady called Shirka Alana tries to talk to the Inquisitor and runs away disappointed, this Soldier comes to Sloeford's central square. He seems to be very interested in Shirka. Since your character wants to know more about her, it's a good idea to ask this soldier some questions.

- This Soldier is involved in the Shirka Alana quest, the first part of Inquisitor's character-specific chain quest (his 'blue chain').

- He won't appear unless you play as a Inquisitor in Single Player mode.
- He would come to Sloeford's central square only after Shirka Alana runs away.
