- Kill 5 Demons.

Detailed Walkthrough
Kill the five [[Sacred 2:Demon - Small Problem|Demons] that spawned at the start of this quest – they deal magic damage and are defended against all damage types (although not by much), so equip as much magic defence as you can and wade in with your highest damage-dealing weapon, whatever its type. The [[Sacred 2:Demon - Small Problem|Demons] should die fairly quickly, but keep an eye on your health.
Once the [[Sacred 2:Demon|Demons] are dead, speak to the ghost of Great Uncle Namiel. He’s not pleased about being ‘stalked in the afterlife’, and decides to give the land to you.
After Namiel departs back to his afterlife, talk to Gernott. He can’t believe Namiel's decision, but no one contests it either. Unfortunately this still doesn’t answer the question of what you are going to do with a farm...
Head back into the city to your niece, Andreala, and tell her she can have the land; she will thank you and give you a Ring as a reward. This completes the quest chain.

Notes
- Note: At the end of this quest all three parts of the quest chain are marked complete in the logbook.
- Bug: The second part of the log text refers to speaking to 'granduncle Gernott' - this should probably read 'granduncle Namiel', as Gernott is the High Elf's uncle, and at this point in the quest you don't speak to him, but the ghost of Namiel.
