Baron Urtamark will send you to Officer Willybald after you take out the sapper's cave. You explain Baron DeMordrey's treachery to him. He feels the only way to take care of the whole problem is to attack the Baron at his residence in Skook's Corner. He will accompany you through the rest of the chain quest. From confronting DeMordrey to coming face to face with Udchathak the Beast!
