Talk to Arena Owner Nityahel to receive the bag of white powder for Senator Lilath.
Deliver a small bag to Senator Lilath
You have proven that you are trustworthy and I would like to acknowledge that with another, rather delicate, assignment. The governing law here forbids anyone but volunteers and dangerous criminals from fighting in the arena. The new gladiators didn't actually volunteer to come here, but it's a little easier to get those papers than ones that state they're all dangerous criminals. Senator Lilath takes care of such matters. for me. Go to him and give him this little bag, then he will be happy to issue the papers.
The Senator's house is just south of the Senate building (see map).
Talk to Senator Lilath to receive the forged documents.
