Holger Flöttmann is one of the Ascaron employees, he must be contacted on the top floor of the office and only after all of the other scattered employees have been contacted in the Epic Office Quest. He may be found inside the office on the top floor above The Swamp near Libi's Prattfall. He will tell you to go see Bettina Wegner for the key to the lounge.
