Once you've found where the undead are emerging from the leper, you head over to the general in the military camp in southern Thylysium. He say the best plan of attack is to enter the unferground lair and kill any undead officers you find. Hopefully this will delay any planned forays by the undead while they figure out a long range solution to this problem.
