Sacred 2:Captain Hank

Captain Hank tells you you cannot go onto the docks as some thieves have barricaded themselves in. They originally tried to steal a sloop but the captain removed the wheel. The local militia managed to block off the only exit but are waiting for reinforcements before trying to ferret the thieves out. Unless you don't feel like waiting and want to remove them yourself?
