In Destroyed Village, you will meet the acting garrison commander, Lieutenant Margathon. He tells you that there general has been missing for a long time. He asks you to collect some blue bracken fern that can be used for poison arrows to arm the garrion.
Attention! Get me blue bracken fern!

And if you slack of only once, these worms will take you for a fool before you know it. BE that as it may, we have a serious problem. We must make new arrow heads to defend the camp. The best poison for arrows is the one made from blue bracken fern. Would you get us this poison? We would go ourselves, but we would need the General's orders for such a foray, and he has bee missing for a while now.
The first fern is just south of the village.

After collecting all the blue bracken ferns, return to Lieutenant Margarthon. He is so pleased, he tried to recruit you.
