Quick Walkthrough
Talk to the agitated farmer at his farm south of the town of Bellevue to begin the quest.
Deliver the message to Arogarn in the tavern across from the Smith in the town of Bellevue.

In the glade beyond the south bridge out of Bellevue, talk to the Agitated farmer:
Accept his message and head north into town. Across from the Smith, you will see the Dancing Seraphim Inn. Inside is Arogarn. Talk to him:

Arogarn is based on the character of Aragorn from J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings novels.
If you return to the Agitated farmer thinking to collect a second reward, think again. All he says is "Ah, there you are again. Arogarn sent me a message. He went into the forest and has not returned."
