Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Andijala Munnik. She is standing on a little island connected to Silver Creek by two bridges. One of the bridges can be entered in front of the merchant shop.
Her fiance was killed by an orc named Gnarf Clubleg. She wants you to get revenge for her by killing him. You will find him standing outside a cave just south west of the trading post that is halfway between Silver Creek and Porto Vallum. There are lots of goblins and human type outlaws between the quest start point and the orc. Make sure to bring health potions with if you do not have healing spells.
After you kill the orc. Return to Andijala Munnik to complete the quest and claim your reward.
