She is in the cemetery of Arkenmark's Refuge, which is just southwest of Artamark's Gate. Blood Raven is the target opponent of the quest Sisters' Burial Grounds. Battle Notes Racial Type: Amazon Blood Raven has boosted movement speed and chance to evade bonus. She has additional damage mitigation against fire and ice damage. Special Abilities: Speed Scream - this temporary buff (10s) resembles the Paladin's Fanaticism. It increases Blood Raven's attack rating and movement speed by a percent. It also boosts any other nearby enemies. Awaken Undead - will summon 1 elite Moldered Skeleton Warrior and 2 normal Moldered Skeleton Warriors in a single cast. Flaming Multi-Arrows - this spell is unique to Blood Raven. She uses her bow to fire multiple (3-5) seeking arrows that do fire and physical damage.
