Cooldowns That Can Be Decreased With Modifications
These Combat Arts have fixed cooldown times unless the player chooses a Combat Art Modification that decreases it. Note that certain modifications will continue to decrease cooldowns after they are selected, making them especially valuable.
Combat Trance (Decreased with silver mod "Experienced")
Forest Flight (Decreased with silver mod "Expert", and continues to decrease per CA level)
Dust Devil (Decreased with bronze mod "Recondition", and continues to decrease per CA level)
Malicious Totem (Decreased with gold mod "Expert", and continues to decrease per CA level)
Acute Mind (Decreased with bronze mod "Proficiency", and continues to decrease per CA level)
Dashing Alacrity (Decreased with gold mod "Impatience")
Divine Protection (Decreased with silver mod "Boost")
Ruinous Onslaught (Decreased with gold mod "Routine")
Shadow Veil (Decreased with gold mod "Shadowmaster")
Skeletal Fortification (Decreased with bronze mod "Focus", and continues to decrease per CA level)
Propelled Levitation (Decreased with bronze mod "Fuel")
Automatically Decreasing Cooldowns
