After clearing out the cultists, Trader Ramenos thanks you and explains that he spotted Administrator Regines nearby. He is a corrupt man and instead of collecting taxes for the barony, he has collected them for himself and ran away. He says he's carrying a lot of gold so removing him from the would would be profitable for you.

Confront the felonious administrator!

I am aware that my humble donation for your troubles isn't enough to compensate you for your help, but I'd like to show my thanks in a different way. The barony has appointed an administrator for this region, his name is Ragines. He's a small and insignificant man who has to collect the taxes and enforce the edicts of the barony. The barony sent him 50 gold ingots to use for building a little mercenary squad to protect him in case of intrusions. Corrupt as he is, he just took the gold and ran away. We met him about an hour ago groaning under his heavy load. If you confront him and threaten to spoil his little plan you'll certainly be able to make it profitable. Be careful, he's accompanied by a panther.

You head out in the direction Ramenos spotted him. A short walk from the merchant you find the administrator.

Ragines is not pleased that you have poked your nose into his affairs. He immediately orders his guards and his panther Shakira to attack.

What? This is none of your concern! Don't poke your nose in other people's affairs! My little Shakira and I will show you how we take care of snoopers in these parts!

Once you have defeated everyone, you collect up the loot and move on to other adventures.
