Spirli will ask you to find out why all his crops fail. Anything that does grow is stunted and quickly rots. Spirli is relatively new to town, so maybe one of the villagers that has lived in Wargfels for awhile might know something. You ask around and find out Old Lebbart has lived there for almost 100 years. If anyone might know something about Spirli's land, he would be the one to ask.
