Lieutenant Ysael believes that the Lady Delyme is secretly working with the Inquisitors. She is nobility so simply eliminating her is not an option. The scandal it would cause might be more damaging than what Lady Delyme is doing. But something must be done to stop Delyme from leaking High Council information to the Inquisitors. Ysael says her ship is arriving soon and she's reportedly going to a secret meeting. Maybe there is a way to make sure she doesn't make that meeting without causing a scandal.
