You talk to the Acting Manager for the DeElfici Nor Plat office. Seems Kirich DeElfici has been warned of your pending arrival and has fled. He also mentions the Orcs are attacking the branch due to some rather dubious business practices. He wants you to take care of the Orcs. You agree to go visit them and see what is going on.

Drak'Ter confirms that the Elves are very poor trading partners. Selling sub-standard goods and stealing the orc goods in the middle of the night. So why should you clean up this mess the DeElfici's have created for themselves? You head back to the branch office and kill the Acting Manager. He has no useful information you need and it's time this branch went out of business.
With him dead you head out on the trail of Kirich. You're sure he's left the region so you head to Bulutuz to catch the boat to the Seraphim Island. At the docks you see a local Fisher.
