Lead her north past the Senate building, then east. Aaron is standing near an entrance to the sewers.
Talk to Aaron to complete this quest.
You can now talk to Aaron again to receive the quest Thieves and an Estranged Husband.

Notes
- Although completing this quest is required in order to access the quest Thieves and an Estranged Husband, the two are not considered a chain quest in the logbook
- Bug? The Thieves of the Elven Capital seems to be a chain quest in that it shows a sub-quest title in the logbook (Hail the King), however, the quest which follows it (Thieves and an Estranged Husband) shows up as a separate quest/chain.
