Detailed Walkthrough
While passing through the southern outpost of Artamark, you'll come across a troubled farmer. Apparently, a customer needs 13 wolf pelts, but he doesn't have any. He's looking for anyone capable of getting the pelts for him, you got some spare time so you decide to lend a hand.
The local area has a high wolf population so finding enough pelts shouldn't be a problem. Once you have obtained 13 pelts, head back to the farmer and show them to him. He'll kindly reward you, knowing he can satisfy his customer.
