Beltario is the leader of a group called Investigation Team Golem. This group is in a small camp next to a crater, northwest from Orcish Byway.
The man is worried because they were investigating a big golem that is at the bottom of that huge crater when suddenly some small earth elementals begun appearing from nowhere and going away. He will ask the player to help him with those elementals at the A Growing Danger quest.
