The Maze is a grid-like labyrinth with numerous blocked paths. At first it may seem a little confusing but once you know the path it's really quite simple. See below picture on how to get from the entrance of the maze to the exit that leads you to the Northern Dragon Sea Island (Blackhammer's Camp)

There are no quests within The Maze
Transportation
There is no easy way to The Maze. You can portal to either to the Seraphim Island, Human Outpost or Carnach Cave portal and wend your way thru the Carnach Cave to reach it use the boat portals on the islands to teleport you to the Northern Dragon Sea Island and then use cave on isle to enter Maze. See the Sacred 2 Map of Ancaria for cave layout and boat portal locations.
Enemies
The most common enemies are Fire Elementals and Earth Elementals
