Dyria D'Arquelyght tells you that she was kidnapped by the Inquisitors, that also seek the Hub key.
You will need to defeat Facetteleon to get the key. His dungeon is north of Dyr-Laigh. Kill the monster and explore the dungeon. You will find a small chest that contains the Hub key.
Exit the Crystal Caves and talk to the captain that will take you to the Wastelands.
