Sacred 2:Raise Skeleton

This Combat Art is a (Buff) Early on, Necromancers learn to control the skeletal remains of deceased creatures. Invoking this skill causes a nightmarish jumble of animated bones to rise from the ground. Animated partially through their own will and partially through the summoned spirits of ancient warriors, Necromancers often maintain a small host of these reanimated soldiers to do their bidding. Aspect - Dark Summons Innate Abilities (Lvl 1) Summons 2 Skeletal Warriors Regeneration Time of all Combat Arts: +50.0% Modifications See also: Sacred 2:Combat Art Modifications Bronze Balm - Boosts the skeletons' hitpoint regeneration by 50%. Equipment - Upgrades the skeletons' armor, boosting all resistances with 7.5 + 5.5 armor per level. Silver Skeletal Mastery - Summons an additional skeleton. Sharpened Blades - The skeletons receive upgraded swords, inflicting more damage (see Usage Strategies below). Gold Skeletal Mastery - Summons an additional skeleton. Spectral Shield - The skeletons receive upgraded shields, protecting them from more damage (see Usage Strategies below).

Skills and Attributes

The following skills will affect this combat art:

• Dark Summons Lore - increases casting speed, increases the armor resistances from the Equipment bronze mod, allows for modification points.

• Dark Summons Focus - reduces regeneration time and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, allows for modification points.

• Concentration - will lower this combat art's regeneration time penalty.

The following attributes will affect this combat art:

• Stamina will lower regeneration time penalty

Usage Strategies

• Skeletal Warriors are immortal. If defeated in battle, they will fall down and then resurrect after a brief period of time.
• Skeletal Warriors have the following skills: Sword Mastery, Tactics Lore, Armor Lore, Shield Lore, Toughness. They have no special combat arts, only basic weapon attacks.
• Skeletal Warriors' basic swords do physical damage. If the Sharpened Blades silver mod is taken then the Skeletons will spawn with upgraded bastard swords which have additional poison damage and a chance for Crushing Blow (Deep Wounds).
• Skeletal Warriors spawn with random crest shields of normal (white) quality, which have one random defensive bonus. If the Spectral Shield gold mod is taken, then the Skeletons will spawn with random crest shields of rare (yellow) quality, which have higher armor and up to three random defensive bonuses.

Pros and Cons

Pros

• Can summon up to four basic soldiers, or two highly equipped warriors.

Cons

• Does not benefit much from the Dark Summons Lore skill unless Equipment bronze mod is taken.
