Halko's Old Manor is just east of Halko's 'new' one in eastern Cursed Forest. To be honest the 'new' manor isn't much of an upgrade. Guess zombies aren't renowned for their carpentry.

Transportation
There is a monolith west of Halko's manor if you happen to have active. Or use the boat portal or monolith at a derelict manor and head southeast over the Red River to reach the old manor.
Enemies
You will find Seekers, Draconic Dragonflies, Mage's Curses, Blood Drinkers, Skinned Ones and Demonic Eyes.
