- Defeat the Cultist Group Leader, 2 Cultist Beserkers and 2 Cultist Snipers
- Return and talk to Trader Ramenos
2. Abscond

- Talk to Administrator Regines
- Defeat Regines, Regine's Pet and 2 Personal Guards
