One of 9 dragons in Ancaria. D'Cay is commonly known as the desert dragon, or the undead dragon.

She is located to the south of Khorad-Nur. D'Cay is the easiest dragon to dispatch.

In the Ancarian Campaign, the gate keeper at Khorad-Nur offers a quest to kill D'Cay, Lady of the Orcus in order to enter the city safely.
