In Kobold Camp you can find the below services. See Map Icons:

North in Tyr Lysia, in the farest mountains, you find the Kobold Camp. This place is far away from the High Elf cities, towns and settlements, so authorities don't care too much for it. Lots of kobolds live here, so if you don't like those little humanoid criatures you shoudn't walk through this lands.

Quests & NPC's
- Gahanka: The big boss of The Kobold Chieftain's quest.
- Master Chef Niggle: Is involved in the Kobold Blood class quest.
- Tschakschak the Exiled: Is involved in the Kobold Blood class quest.
Transportation
You can reach the Kobold Camp following north the path that starts down the Celestial Dome. The nearest monolith is in Twainbrook, and is far much nearer than the nearest portal; so if you have this monolit activated is by far the shortest way to arrive. The nearest portals are the Sloeford ones, probably a bit nearer the portal which is west from Sloeford, south-west from the Celestial Dome if you look at the map.
Enemies
You will find in the Kobold Camp zillions of Kobolds, some of them champions. In the higher parts of the camp you may also find few timberwolves.
Here you will find also Gahanka, if you make The Kobold Chieftain quest.

Notes
- The boss Gahanka won't appear unless you make The Kobold Chieftain quest.
- Master Chef Niggle and Tschakschak the Exiled will appear only for Dryad characters in SP mode, and only if Kobold Blood quest is activated.
