North in Tyr Lysia, in the farest mountains, you find the Kobold Camp. This place is far away from the High Elf cities, towns and settlements, so authorities don't care too much for it. Lots of Kobolds live here, so if you don't like those little humanoid criatures you shoudn't walk through this lands.
