Rina supplies potions for Merchant Telwans's business. Telwan has been complaining that lately the potions have not been very good and asks you to visit Rina. At first she denies that the potions aren't the best but reluctantly admits though while she has to use lesser ingredients the potions should have worked.
She further explains that she does not have the money for the best ingredients because she is being extorted. Some racketeers are forcing her to pay 'protection money'. She doesn't know who the leader is as she always drops the money off in a clearing never sees anyone. Guess it's time to check out the drop spot.
