Achemd is Mettrick's brother in law. Jocelyn will send you to Achmed because Mettrick and Davim, her fiance have been missing for a few days. Achmed mentions that those two are always up to something. Their wedding is coming up soon and Mettrick said something about the grave of the dragon hunter Caling. Tradition holds that giving a dragon's claw at a wedding symbolizes fertility and long life. He's sure these two went to the grave of the dragon hunter looking for a claw.
