Sacred:Prince Valor

Prince Valor, son of King Aarnum is a key character in both campaigns. He is the heir to the throne and fiancé of Baroness Vilya.

In the Spanish and Italian versions of the game, he is called Vorian.

Ancarian Campaign

Orcs are coming to Porto Vallum from the south, Prince Valor is in the fortress of Urkenburgh to cut them off. This is where our hero will meet him for the first time, Prince Valor will send him to Crow's Rock Castle to ask Baron DeMordrey to send him reinforcements and to meet at Wyvern Pass.

Prince Valor and his soldiers set up camp at Wyvern Pass before going deeper into the Fields of Urkuk, where they are overwhelmed by the orcs and are forced to retreat in desperation, DeMordrey not only did not send reinforcements to help, but tried to catch him as he ran away, but Prince Valor managed to escape and take refuge in an abandoned fortress in Tyr-Fasul.

Once in the fortress he is joined by Vilya and he learns of the death of his father, King Aarnum. DeMordrey has taken power, so he decides to go to Braverock, the capital of the kingdom.

Hiding in the sewers, Prince Valor organizes a rebellion and storms the castle, killing the traitor DeMordrey. However, he is soon killed by Shaddar, who steals The Heart of Ancaria and kidnaps Vilya.

Underworld Campaign

Prince Valor is dead, but he appears as a ghost in the underworld, asking the hero to rescue Vilya.

After discovering Anducar's plan to create permanent portals to the Upperworld, he asks the Hero to put a stop to those plans.

Although Anducar is defeated, Vilya dies, and her ghost is reunited with that of her beloved Prince Valor.
