Talk to Surgeon Lawaon to learn that an agent of the Inquisition needs warning of a threat to her cover.

Head directly South from the quest giver until you reach the docks area. There are usually a few enemies wandering around, although they don’t always attack on sight. Keep heading South into the docks until you reach a dungeon entrance. Follow the road West here, and keep heading West onto a short pier.

Lady Delyme is standing at the end of the pier – talk to her for your reward and the end of the chain.
