Roger Swindells is one of the Ascaron employees that have to be contacted in the Epic Office Quest. He can be found in a house due east of Artamark's Splinters, in Artamark.
Location

- Take the eastern road out of Artamark's Gate. Follow a ways until there is a dirt road headed north. This employee is inside a cabin on the beach. Alternatively, head east along the coast.
