Pirate Bay is located in the extreme northeastern part of the Artamark (Human) region. It's isolated bay is a perfect locale for the pirates to pillage and plunder from. The pirate flag here is similar to the classic Jolly Roger pirate flag.

Transportation
Unless you have the Whisperwood monolith activated, you're in for quite a walk. The next closest monolith is at Artamark's Gate though the Royal Honky-Tonk Tavern one isn't much further.
Artamark's Gate has a port that can be accessed from other active ports.
The closest portal is probably the one at Griffinborough. Head north hugging the mountains, be prepared - it's a long walk
