Officer Pethyr needs some help. Outlaws are roaming unchecked in the surrounding area. Merchants are being robbed at an ever increasing rate and trading has begun to suffer. He does not have the manpower to combat this problem and hopes you can help. He wants you to kill a few of them and also try to find out where their hideout is.
