Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Officer Pethyr
- Go west and find 15 Outlaws to execute
- Talk to the last Outlaw who will give you the location of the hideout.
Detailed Walkthrough
As the walkthrough above suggests, this is quite straightforward. Go out, find the 15 bandits, kill them and talk to the one guy hiding out near the T-Energy gizmo. He will tell you where the hideout is in exchange for sparing his miserable life.
