Note: The merchants are actually located in Valeview (to the south) and at the Three Winds Winery (to the east).
The Royal Honky-Tonk Tavern is located north of Griffinborough in the Artamark region. Both main quest paths (Light and Shadow) pass through here.

Main Quest
- Gambling Den Owner: Involved in Beyond the Wall in Chapter Two of the Main Quest. (Shadow Campaign).
- Tavern Keeper: Involved in Beyond the Wall in Chapter Two of the Main Quest. (Light Campaign).
Side Quest
- Beer Brewer Jasper: is the quest giver for the Hunting Scoundrels portion of the Greedy Scoundrels chain quest.
Transportation
The nearest monolith is just outside of the Royal Honky-Tonk Tavern.
The nearest portal is at Griffinborough. Head north from town past Valeview.
