Clerk Malsen tells you that they caught a memmber of the Barimak family and he confessed that there is a secret family meeting soon. The family has grown so much over the generations that many have never met.

He had a letter on him identifying him as Barimak family member so he wants you to impersonate him and go to the meeting. Talk to Mawino Barimak to complete part 2 of the chain quest. He'll welcome you to the meeting and mention that while his competitors are gaining on the family he has a plan to guarantee their safety for a long time. Speaking to Mawino again starts the 3rd part called Mawino Barimak
