Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Glydial DeElfici at the trading post north of the High Elf Outpost. He will ask you to escort him over to the human side.
Glydial: "So it's you! It's your fault that my grandfather left me here! We were waiting for my grandmother, but when we received word that you were coming he just fled without me. Now I'm here all by myself! At least, take me to the branch office on the Human's side. That's where my uncle lives."
Escort Glydial through the tunnel into Artamark. Follow the road north and then west. You will take him to his uncle, Marys DeEfici, who is at the stables between Black Oaks and Dragonmaw Pass
Marys: "What do you want? You brought disaster on my family. I should kill you right now! You have safely brought my grandson [sic] here though, which lessens my anger. Yes I too do not agree with everything TyBosso does, but we're family and we stand together. Go in peace, but next time we'll meet it will be as enemies."
Head towards Griffinborough and just east of the narrow pass, you will find the body of a Dying Merchant. He gives you Marys' Amulet and tells you that the DeElficis fled into the mountains.
Dying Merchant: "They fled to the mountains... Ahhhrg! Here... I took that away from them... take it."
There is a road just east of the body. Follow it south into the mountains. The road leads you over the mountain. Once on the other side, the road will turn west. At that point, turn east. Continue east until you come to a mountain with a trail leading up to a cave. In that cave you will find Marys DeElfici with his guards.
Marys: "Oh, my friend, that's great. And she's got my amulet. I always say one must not leave any loose ends. We will have a lot of fun before... Watch out she is attacking."
After defeating Marys DeElfici and his guards, talk to Glydial DeElfici who is hiding in the back of the cave.
Glydial: "When I found out how my grandfather does business, I wanted to go to the commandant's office right away and tell them everything. My uncle wouldn't let me, he threatened terrible things if I betrayed my family. Finally, he dragged me here. Please take me to the next village."
Once again, you get to play nanny to Glydial. This time he wants to go to Griffinborough. Escort him to the city and turn him over to a guard just inside the west gate.
Guard: "Of course you can leave the boy here, after all he hasn't committed any crime. We'll watch out for him."

Marys DeElfici controls the Human area of the family business. He's expecting a package and thinks you are there to deliver it. Unfortunately for him you are there to deliver something else.

Logbook Entry
The Hunt for TyBosso
TyBosso left his grandson when he fled. Now I'm stuck with him and he wants me to take him to the branch office on the Human's side. That's where his relatives live.
Although Marys DeElfici hasn't exactly welcomed me with open arms, he doesn't seem to agree with TyBosso's wheeling and dealing either. He even almost thanked me for bringing his nephew back to him.
I will continue my journey and keep looking for TyBosso.
On the way through the Human realm, I met a dying trader. With his last breath he told me that the DeElficis fled to the mountains. He also gave me an amulet he was able to take away from his killers. It's Marys' amulet.

Notes
On the console versions, when you follow the DeElficis into the mountains, your blue quest marker may mark a cave southwest of the Dying Merchant's location. This is incorrect.
