Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Commander Iskari
- Kill 5 cultists
- retrieve their heads
- Talk to Iskari again.
Detailed Walkthrough
When you talk to Commander Iskari, you'll find he's quite in a pinch because the cultists are attacking his camp. He wants you to kill 5 of them and retrieve their heads. Presumably, he plans to put them on a pike or something as a warning to the others to stay away from the camp.
Go right outside and you'll find the camp is under attack by the cultists. Kill them all and retrieve the heads that get dropped.
Return to Iskari and talk to him. He will have another task for you.
