Talk to Priestess Lerana to learn that she suspects Lord Alcander is too 'good' to be true, she wants you to find out what secret he's hiding.

Cross East over the river from the quest giver to near the personal chest. Lord Alcander is standing outside the first house on your left (East) as you travel South from the personal chest.
